All plans include guide race splits, full description and distance / time committments for each level of module at Athlete, Age Group and Podium. The higher ability the plan, the higher the intesity of race specific effort and distance appropriate speedwork. Guide race times and splits are based on global current similar-ability athetes and peers. All modules contain structured workouts
