5K
5K run speed boosts contain two key midweek speed workouts and one race specific longer run at weekends. All pacing is based on YOUR speed from week one's testing. All run boosts feature a longer run / interval combination at weekends but you get to choose the combination, type and intensity of speedwork you undertake on weekdays. Select from enduro speed, VO2, X- threshold or Sprints. Speed doubles feature two weekeday pure speed sessions, speed singles just one and a X threshold. Suitable for safe road or track



10K

Half marathon run speed boosts contain two key midweek speed workouts and one race- specific longer interval run at weekends. All pacing is based on YOUR speed from week one's testing. Although there is some faster running the emphasis is on half marathon-specific endurance speed. Select your ability from experienced Athlete, Intermediate and Advanced. Suitable for safe road or track



MARATHON
Marathon distance run speed boosts contain two key midweek speed workouts and one race specific longer interval run at weekends. All pacing is based on YOUR speed from week one's testing. Although there is some faster running the emphasis is on marathon-specific endurance speed. We only offer intermediate and advanced ability for this distance. There is an age grading link in the boost description. Suitable for safe road or track
