At racestronger®, we believe that high-performance training shouldn’t be a guessing game. We provide custom endurance plans and speed boosts designed for athletes who are ready to supercharge their training and move away from 'conventional' one ability plans to achieve specific race-day results.
Authored by the team behind LovetriSwimwerkx training and racing the bespoke training modules contain the latest methods, protocols and training knowledge. It's taken us two years to research and create the modular approach to better endurance training

Philosophy
We have coached over 400 multisport and run athletes, ranging from absolute beginners to an Olympian seeking triathlon honours. Our athletes and parathletes have achieved:

We've also helped coach national youth talent triathlon pathway squads and French and German paralympic multisport swimmers in conjunction with their national coaches. Commonwealth track, Regional swim trials and German single speed bike pros too!
We're known for our Norwegian approach to multisport endurance training, including a focus on resillience. We think anyone can do long and slow, if you don't have a job, family and life getting in the way!

Our Track Record
Our training methodology is built on the latest sports science and two core principles: "Strong-Before-Long" and "Fast-Before-Far". We believe in precision training metrics of the athlete's choice, and personalised training predicated on an athlete's own ability in each discipline. We further refine abilities by facilitating global standard comparison or age grading per swim, bike or run module

Precision Metrics: We allow you to mix and match power, threshold HR and both for bike. Threshold HR and pace for run, and threshold pace and critical swim speed for swim. We focus on increasing your threshold tolerance and oxygen efficiency leading to better form and holding race pace for longer.

Personalised Thresholds: Every plan begins with a Gold Standard run, swim or bike test to establish your unique training zones.

Integrated S&C: We believe Strength & Conditioning is non-negotiable. Our plans include full, self-directed S&C routines to improve power, speed, and injury resilience.

We’ve completed the journey from novice to Age Groupers ourselves, and we use that experience to guide you to being the best you can be in the time you have
