Not all of us are true all arounders, and most will be stronger in one or more sports or disciplines. With custom, you get to choose the level at which you train each discipline, experienced athlete, Age Group or Podium. Modular plans that fit together on your TrainingPeaks calendar, seamlessly, creating one bespoke plan. 500+ combinations accessed in three clicks.

8 week interventions for multi and single sport swim, bike and run. Each boost contains full description and ability standard. Multisport boosts have fewer sessions (3+)than single sport to fit around other training. Scientifically conceived, fun to perform. All race proven and effective.
All boosts include free access to an online library containing over 200 sessions inlcuding alternate workouts, S&C, open water, intensity guides and key training and racing insight for the performance athlete.

Select your sports. Choose your ability in each. COMBINE them into one plan! An industry first. How many multisport athletes are truly equal across all 2 or 3 of their individual disciplines? For instance, if you're an ex club swimmer but new to biking and running. Most plans will either undertrain your swim, based on bike and run ability or overtrain bike and run based on swim ability, leading to injury and burn out.With racestronger® custom simply pick your abilities in each discipline and combine into one plan, an elegant tailored solution
What you measure you can improve upon. Our plans and boosts show your target intensities using whatever metric you want, even offering multiple combinations like pace and HR for run, or power and HR for bike.
To get the maximum benefit from the racestronger® plans and speed boosts we'd recommend a a training watch with chest based heart rate monitor for run. A power meter for bike is great, but HR is fine too, read from a watch or bike computer.
For swim, a pool clock is fine, smart goggles or watch and we even have plans that use Critical Swim Speed, for which you'll need the Finis Tempo Trainer, there's a reason British and Australian federations use this for their swimmers, maybe you should too! It's one of the best tools in a swmmers kit bag.

Yes, if you know where to look on TrainingPeaks, but with almost 26,000 plans there listed on a 'most sold /first presented algorithm you have to search, and those whose marketing budget is biggest (i.e makes them the most commission) get preference in views. Who has time to refine and filter page after page of results? The fastest way is to use the racestronger® platform to quickly locate custom and speed boosts. If you must use TrainingPeaks then search for 'racestronger'.
