POWER & HR
Bike boosts contain two key midweek workouts focussing on improving power across varying durations to mimic multisport racing whilst also raising functional threshold power and heart rate. Longer weekend rides alternate between easy ride / intervals and easy ride / hills to build specificity. Three rides a week integrate with your other disciplines. Duathletes & Aquabikers can download additional sessions.
Many of the workouts are pro-level derived & scaled for athlete, age group and podium abilities via your week one testing



CRITICAL POWER
Critical Power (CP) Bike boosts aren't for the faint hearted. They're based on our regular boosts but substitute one indoor midweek session for a taxing CP workout power calibrated for either open or female cyclists. You must use power and should be at the top of your game and preferably under 45 years old.
Most suitable for AG and Podium ability levels with higher than average FTPs. Duathletes & Aquabikers can download additional bike sessions if required
