Choose these plans if you train using a power meter and want to quickly find programmes built around that metric.  Run and swim may still be selected by pace, HR of feel.  Many offer a choice of all turbo or midweek turbo and weekend rides out. If you are looking for Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquathlon or Aquabike using power look under the relevant plan category at the top

 

The programmes include tests, cool downs, warm ups, conditioning work, stretching and activations, free run and swim technique videos, plyometric sessions, race simulations and pacing and transition tips  plus OPT open water alternate sessions
